Black Swan Social Ads CRM

Black Swan Social Ads CRM is an internal lead management and advertising measurement application used by Black Swan Social.

The application records leads received through website forms and phone enquiries. Authorized staff can mark leads as qualified or converted and record the final conversion value.

The application uses the Google Ads API to upload qualified lead and converted lead events to Google Ads. This allows Black Swan Social to measure advertising performance and optimize campaigns toward leads that become customers.

The application is used only by authorized Black Swan Social personnel and does not provide public account registration.

Google Ads data access is used only for conversion measurement and campaign optimization.
