1. Service provider

2. Subject

These terms govern the relationship between the Provider and any person ('User') who visits or uses the site and the services offered through it - paid advertising management, website development, SEO consulting and related services.

3. Use of the site

• The User agrees to use the site in good faith and in compliance with the law.
• Automated content scraping, intrusion attempts or disruption of the site's normal operation are prohibited.
• All content (text, graphics, logo, code) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written consent.

4. Inquiries and offers

An inquiry submitted through the site's forms does not constitute a concluded contract. Specific terms (scope, price, deadline) are agreed in writing in an individual offer or contract.

5. Limitation of liability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, for third-party actions (Google, Meta, etc.) or for advertising campaign results that depend on market factors beyond the Provider's control.

7. Consumer disputes

In case of a dispute, the User may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP), kzp.bg, or the EC online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Provider may amend these Terms. The current version is available on this page. Bulgarian law applies to all matters not covered here.
